Here is a 22mm stop push button switch made of top-quality metal with three varieties offering three types of protection; IP67, IP65, and IP40.

Hole Size

As a 22mm push button switch, this device can only be fitted in 22 mm-sized holes. Again, it offers 1NO 1NC configuration coupled with latching action. This translates to ease of use since all you have to do is press the button to lock it and turn to release it.

Also, it has a current rating of 250V 5A.

Durability

As pointed out, this is an emergency switch with high-quality metal construction for optimal durability. The contact material is made of silver alloy, while the switch is made using stainless steel. This construction also makes using this button in many ideal and harsh conditions possible.

The 200,000 electrical and 1,000,000 mechanical cycles ensure longevity, while the IP65 protection makes this unit water & dustproof. This means you can use it in dusty and moist conditions.

Most mushroom-style electronic stop switches are plastic, and this one is a nice anodized aluminum button and body. It's a small-scale switch, but it's easy to notice in a panic. It provides normally closed and normally open touchpoints for normal conductors, but does not provide redundant touchpoint groups (some safety circuits require redundant touchpoints). It works smoothly without tripping and resetting. The prices reviewed are mid-range for such items and may reflect unusual metal construction.

This is a little smaller than I expected, but big enough. I took a picture with it, so try to give it some perspective of the size. It's beautiful, you can tell it's high quality. It's definitely a really nice button, it will dress up your project. I like that you have to twist it to reset it, so there's much less chance of bumping into it by mistake and reopening the circuit. It also comes with a wiring harness. It works exactly the same way and moves smoothly. Very satisfied with this switch, would be happy to recommend!

This is a great switch. Excellent mechanical properties, very satisfying action when missing and unlocked. Too bad this is an electronic stop so won't be used very often (hopefully). Similar to the action of other products I have purchased from this vendor etc. In an ideal world, I would like to see them offer an option with switch plugs, but instead of being wired, crimp terminals and instructions are provided. I didn't need 18Ga as a digital input, so I had to cut the provided wire and solder into something more suitable for my application (or even longer). One great thing would be if they provided this switch with an appropriately sized switch protection to prevent accidental activation because it's an electronic stop switch.

I am very pleased with this switch. It is sturdy, well made and looks fantastic. I thought I would be disappointed with the color - this is often the case with red anodized/stained metals sold on Amazon - but it is indeed colored. The "reset" arrow is actually etched deeper than in the photo and the white painted finish is better. Surprise! The wiring harness is a nice touch. The switch action is reliable and smooth. It functions exactly the same. This is a wonderful switch. If you need an emergency stop switch for a well-made DIY laser engraving machine or similar machine, you can't go wrong.

This is a great quality switch. Set up a relay to manually trigger the fan on my car and mount the switch in a spare cigarette lighter outlet (which is a perfect fit). So far it has worked great for the past few weeks. Love the look and feel of this switch - the action is very smooth and tactile so it is easy to tell when you turn the item on and off. Very easy to wire and install. It doesn't get any better than this - I like it!

Very good quality lock the electronic stop button is made of anodized aluminum. The reset text with the arrow is etched and the switch looks very good overall. I am using it for a racing emulator to drive the steering wheel directly to cut off the power if needed. Tons of uses for this switch. It comes with a non-locking 3 wire harness, here is some information if you are interested: Yellow green - switch off when not pressed Blue-green switch closes when pressed There are no complaints with this switch. It works well and hopefully will never have to be used, but at least it looks amazing. The switch does come with a washer and a screwdriver, so all you have to do is drill a 7/8 "hole and the built-in chrome trim will make it look like a professional install. This is one of those rare products that actually looks better in person than in the product photos.
