How Long will it take to ship my order?

To process your order, we need to verify it, do a quality check then prepare the package. All orders have to be sent to the Production department for shipping within a day after you make your order.

The Production department and dispatch firm process your order (s), which takes 24 to 48 more hours.

As for shipping time, orders within the U.S. normally take 7 to 10 working days to reach the customer. Nonetheless, delivering your package in some unique instances will take longer.

For orders over $200, we will use UPS and FedEx, Shipping time will be faster!

How Much is the Shipping Going to Cost?

Free shipping worldwide for ordinary deliveries.

Fortunately, shipping costs won’t hold you back from purchasing our products, and hopefully, neither will the shipping time.

Here is what you need to know about shipping expenses:

  • We provide free shipping worldwide on standard shipping modes.
  • We charge $29.90 for Fast Express shipping on orders below $200
  • For orders over $200, we offer free Fast Express shipping.

We accept Credit Card and PayPal, which also includes Visa & Master Cards, Diners Club, Discover, American Express & Maestro.

Why Was My Payment Declined?

In case your credit card is declined, it could be due to several reasons:

  • The card might not have enough funds to cover the payment
  • You gave an incorrect CSV security code
  • Your card could be expired
  • You gave incorrect billing information
  • Your card isn't for internet purchases

Whatever the case, you should contact your bank to give you more information on why your card was declined.

Returns

What is the Procedure for Returning a Product?

When you want to return a product, contact us via email, and we will begin the return process on our end and continue updating you through email.


Warranty

Return Policy & Warranty Details

We provide a 30-day return window, that is, 30 days after receiving your package.

To qualify for this policy, the product has to be in a similar condition as you received it, unused and unworn. Also, it has to have the tags and the initial packaging. Again, you need to have the receipt as evidence of purchase.
